Imagine being a part of a company that runs with clear vision, direction, teamwork and accountabilities for every person, on a team that takes care of each other, as well as their patients.

Beyond the team, the benefits are great too. There's a con-ed allowance, formal clinical mentoring, APTA dues, health, vision, dental, holidays, commuter benefit for public transit, and 25 paid time off days per year.

Physical Therapists can give back to the community through Run Clinic San Francisco, volunteering, talks at local organizations and presenting at state and national conferences. Our PT lecture series brings in experts from around the globe (seriously - Seattle, LA & New Zealand, for example) and now provides CEUs for physical therapists throughout the Bay Area. And it's not just about our clinical staff. Everyone here is valued and contributes to our #1 priority, the patients' experience. It takes an entire team.

We are also excited about our partnership with Evidence in Motion (EIM) to provide the very first Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency in San Francisco.  The residency is a 12-18 month program of post-professional clinical and didactic education for physical therapists designed to advance the physical therapy residents preparation as a provider of patient care services in orthopaedic physical therapy. The program is a combination of didactic and collaborative education using a distance based and weekend intensive education model, as well as clinical education with hands-on courses and ongoing clinical mentoring throughout the residency by a ABPTS board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in our clinics. We also add to this extensive training in customer service and effective communication that are not covered in school.

The purpose of the program is for the physical therapy residents to grow as practitioners become highly skilled, autonomous practitioners who have substantially increased their ability to provide care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, gain a strong knowledge base of evidence-based practice, orthopaedic manual therapy techniques and become positioned to achieve the Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS) certification from the ABPTS and become leaders in the field of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy.
